Q. What if I only require some of your services?
A. That’s ok, we do provide a total solution, but you are also able to choose only those services you need. In this case we will then develop a cost proposal for providing those services. We will tailor these specifically for you and fully integrate them into your business operations.
Q. Can you handle the size of move we are looking to do?
A. Yes, we have many years experience in handling a whole range of work, both in size and scope, be it a relatively small office move or churn of less than 100 people or much larger moves involving 1000′s of people. We have sound systems processes and procedures that ensure high levels of performance and quality, regardless of the size of the move.
Q. Why can’t I do this move myself?
A. You probably could do the move yourself, but if you are not moving offices regularly it may be the wrong thing to do. We project manage moving offices day in and day out, we are passionate about what we do and have a wealth of experience to call upon. You are likely to find it much more difficult and time consuming, than you anticipate and this will interfere in your day to day activities and worse still, have an adverse impact on your core business. We look to take the burden away from you and make the move easy.
Q. Our company is unique, how can you know what is required?
A. We agree, every company is unique, we therefore believe it is of utmost importance, that we get to know you and your business intimately, before undertaking move management on your behalf, our ability to do this is one of our unique selling points and is a reason we excel in our market sector.
By working closely with you, we can maintain 100% uptime for your business and ensure that every single element of the move runs smoothly and according to an agreed plan, ensuring that there is no adverse impact on your core business or day to day operations.
We will assign you dedicated staff to your move project, the staff will remain with you from start to finish, they will acquire the knowledge necessary to execute the move both efficiently and cost effectively and will closely plan and supervise all elements of the move and provide post move support to maintain your business continuity.
Q. How much can I expect to pay for your services?
A. The unique nature of your requirements and the level of our services you choose will dictate the costs involved. After looking at both these elements we will produce a costed proposal for you. We aim to keep our costs highly competitive and as such, you should expect to find our prices very attractive. We are therefore very happy to be part of any tendering process.
You can expect our quote to be accurate and good for budgeting purposes, we will provide you with just one invoice for each phase of a Project. We do not under quote in order to get your business and then slipping in concealed costs. Unless there are agreed major changes to the move specifications the quoted price and final invoice values will remain the same.
Q. It is critical that our business is not interupted, how can i be sure this will be the case?
A. In many ways out client base and testimonials speaks for itself. Although we are able to undertake large scale work we are small enough to have and maintain a personal relationship with our clients, we make every endeavour to always be there for you, no matter what the reason, time or place.
We have highly developed processes systems and procedures that ensure every contingent of a move is thought through and addressed. We survey and review every single element of your existing and proposed office situation and address every element of change required.
We resource manpower and trade services, from established suppliers, to suit the scale of the move, ensuring that all works can be undertaken out of hours and with sufficient staff to ensure that even unforeseen events can be dealt with within the times allowed.
