FPS have been working on projects for one of our tenants for a number of years at Greater London House. In doing so, they are required to work in cooperation with us as the owners and managers of the building.

I can honestly say that our relationship with them has been excellent. They are very professional and fully understand the problems and issues of working in a multi tenanted building. They communicate very well, provide information and adhere to any requests from us during the project. Their work is of a very high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering using their services.

Have now completed the 3rd complete buildings move comprising Engineering, Warehousing and Office management as a turnkey package with Facilities & Projects Solutions Ltd.

As we operate a 24/7 operation it was imperative and crucial to know exactly the location of every one of our 12000 inventory spares / parts during the 4 / 5 days of relocation.

Facilities & Projects Solutions Ltd were overly efficient, effective and forthright in the system they operated to fulfil this key objective. With an SLA (Service Level Agreement) of 4 hours not one fault was missed (contract has heavy abatements for missed faults) which is a true reflection on the organisation abilities, paperwork trail and movement of SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) provided by Facilities & Projects Solutions Ltd.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Facilities & Projects Solutions Ltd to any current/ future customers.

I’d like to add that FPS have been a fantastic find and are an asset to asos.com during such transition periods that have been faced.

With asos.com growing 4 times its size at head office within 2 years, FPS have embraced the challenges and always delivered superior moves to budget and deadline with seamless precision.

To add to this; there have never been any complaints or additional hidden charges to meet deadlines even when last minute changes have been put upon them.
