The methodical approach taken to move a person from A to B allowed the service to be personal and satisfy the end user. In business today we can ill afford down time especially the number of hours that would have been lost during the pack up of an old and the set up of a new office.

The staff at Cath Kidston appreciated that they just boxed up personal desktop items at the end of the day on Friday and went home. They arrived on Monday to spend 10 minutes unpacking the same items back onto their desk in the new office again. That may be a small part of the process but it was the most important as the human element during change is one that can fast frustrate someone managing the move within the business.

I found FPS ticked more boxes than I thought of when I looked for a removal company. They are not a “lift and shift” service although are happy to do only that if need be. Without FPS my office move would have been a mess so I happily endorse them wherever I can as they provide a service which doesn’t let you down.
